MMM BEER! great plan! think i'll grab one myself!

Question: should i turn my Ranger Little Bird knife into a cool beer bottle opener with a very short blade or leave it alone? I never really use it for a knife.......

EVOLUTE, very cool picture! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I'd leave it alone, nice little blade.

well heck! sometimes it pays off to check the ol clutch fluid eh?

clutch suddenly went to the floor yesterday while driving, stranding me in high noon heat and heavy rush hour traffic. I pushed my truck off to the side and cussed because i thought the clutch was toast. $40 to my name in my pocket (yea thats all the money left, including savings)...not enough for a tow truck. &^%$$&*

Yet a few minutes (10) later the clutch pedal was solid again and working....... WTH???? so i drove it home and counted my blessings.....

Did a little research online, and oddly enough found the fix in a Desert Driving tips site....theymentioned such clutch failures as being mostly attributed to clutch fluid degradtion due to moisture in the lines. The fix (short of a complete bleed) was too use a irrigation siyringe to empty the fluid reservoir, and tope it with clean fresh fluid, then drive for a bit and then repeat several times.

well dang that old fluid was black and filled with water and black crud. WHAT A DIFFERENCE even just a few oz of new fluid made....

going to fully flush the system once Pops gets back, its easier in his shop....

Glad to hear that panned out for you man, thank the Lord.

Just mod the spine so it will be a knife and a bottle opener. A very hardcore bottle opener and a nice little blade.

What exactly do people discuss on the Death Chat thread? Is this the general posting ground for people that are trying to get to 1000 or something?
