Anybody here read Dean Koontz? I just started 'The Taking' and am loving it so far. I love the Michael Crichton books, it's a shame he's gone. I've read a LOT of Koontz.. Most of them actually.. I have not read the Taking though.. Is it a newer one?

really wanted to get a red g10 vex for my sis. her birthday is tomorrow. she said she wanted a black/black s5 but she hadn't seen the vex and red is her color. i still need to order at least 2 more s5... not really... i'm just so into them that i want everybody to have at least one really nice one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> the red handled vex with a red sheath would mean she would keep it handy. she may not keep the all black knife as close but i can still see her using it alot though.

Clint, I guess it came out in '05. So far it's good, but I have yet to finish it so I don't know about the ending.
I've given some blades to girls before, now I'm thinking I need to get my sis one. The vex is a good size, I hope they make a run at the swamp.

I think I read "The Taking". If I remember it correctly, it was a very interesting plot line that had me really absorbed throughout and scratching my head at the end.
