you trying to watch yer weight? HECK NO! i have the metabolism of a hummingbird......no matter what i eat, or how much, or how much beer, i remain at 160 lbs, 12% BF. (i'm 5' 10")

That's the thing with sandpaper and mousepad technique, it's slow so you can fix it early on. I'd like to see some pics sometime.
