I posted a thread in the outdoor section a minute ago, but here is a pic. It's an RPD. ![[Linked Image from i88.photobucket.com]](http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k185/rteagard/Guns/RPD.jpg)

I remember the name Remington Steel, but what was it about? Pierce Brosnan and Stephanie Zimbalist were the primary characters in a detective agency. Brosnan played the title role. He was a thief and con-man who was reformed through his affections for Laura Holt (Zimbalist), who owned the agency. They go around solving crimes and develop their relationship along the way. There was a light-hearted feel to the show that I enjoyed. OK, thanks. I remember it now. It was a good show. I would have loved to se PI being filmed.

It's heavy man. It weights more than my bolt gun with optics, bipod and all.

Got a rifle I have been waiting for today. It's been a long time in the making. Do tell!

They are heavy but look so cool. A store that I frequent ordered one in for a guy that was in Iraq because he wanted one like he took from a taliban that had been shooting at him. I got to hold it, and sure would have liked to shoot it.
You got plenty ammo!

I have some AK ammo around, but man with prices the way they are these days, it's tough. It looks like the black rifle manufacturer's are catching up on receiver orders but ammo is still in short supply.
My dad and I originally planned to build it together, but it was a bit over the top. The trigger group comes in a pack and it needed to be converted from firing from an open bolt to a closed bolt. Kinda of above my head from a smithing standpoint.
