hrrmmmm art thanks for that info earlier! also what happebed with my m2k is i got drunk started to show how easy it can cut thru bone....now the belly has a SLIGHT blemish on the edge.... makes me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

mag whatd you use to sharpen yer m2k? diamond stones and 600 grit sandpaper.

So, Hanwei or Cheness? Oh, and thoughts on the m2010. i'm still a bit torn but i'm leaning toward the cheness tenchi ko-katana. i like the shorter models.

Pffft. Blemish? I blued mine with mustard and then tried to bring it back from the dead. Then I shave some of the wood off the handle to make room for a paracord wrap. Let's just say it's a goner. It can still cut though. Maybe I'll just make a new handle.

Strop is what I use on my moras. don't convex your mora or put a secondary microbevel on it. completely defeats the point.
