I missed out on the M9, too. Yeah, those two blades seem very similar.

CR....you might need to hit the bottle to pay for a DF on the 2ndry market <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I just can't stomach the price markup. I guess I am too cheap. I haven't seen any under $200, and they disappear instantly at that price.

Plus, there is the fact that buying on the secondary market doesn't infuse any real money back to SYK.

I am smoking an El Mejor Emerald cigar right now and drinking a Paulaner Hefe-weizen. Good combo.

That poll I ran on the forum indicated that there would be about 100 DFs purchased by forum members if he did a production run.

MCJ - Do you have any idea how the SOD compares to the Chopweiler? Are they similar beasts?

every now and then you will find a deal where the they just want to move them sideways. i think just being prepared to pull the trigger is the key. i don't think i'm going to let too many slip through my hands. one they are no longer available and i decide i don't like it or don't want it then it's not hard to let them go. i hate missing out though...

busse fund.... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

chopweiler wins out of the factory imho....ive never handled one... but the designs scream CHOP in a mid size knife.

NOW my SOD with convex edge will give it some rubs for sure! make it very close if not win

pink...glad to see you relaxing some after all that school! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
