I want a SOD to go with my DF but now that I got a Camp Tramp I'm not so sure I need it. Are they different enough to justify having both or are they pretty similar knives? Thanks.

I really like their Barong. The Sage is a good looking blade, too, but I don't own one. The next one I might consider is about 6 months away: the FRN Stretch.

From what I've read, the Camp Tramp is pretty much the same knife as the SoD, only with differentially hardened SR-101.

I almost bought one second hand BLADE weekend, but I stretched myself way over my budget and had to back out. I felt pretty bad about it - that knife is a classic for good reason!

I bought one (camp tramp) off of HD that he full-convexed and it is sweet! HD is awesome.

I need to figure out a way to get to BLADE next year. I hope that airfare is reasonable once the time comes. It sounds like a great time with a lot of new products and older classics all brought together. Or maybe I should try to get to that other event that people note?
