Peace, mostly I am thinking that a slightly large beltloop will work just fine...Yea it is a medium/large knife but it isnt THAT large!..lol
I will prolly do a detachable frog as well...Dont know yet...I HAVE tested the belt loops and they work fine for distributing the weight around some...
Led tie downs?? hmm havent thought of that...No problem I will just put 2 holes at the bottom and all is well..That would come in handy with a frog..hmm
I havent figured out how to do it yet, but I am working on a detachable combo...If they come from MY shop they are detachable anyway..err hopefully!..lol

Great looking sheath Leatherface! I want to to see the final single AND ? piggyback configuration. I think I'm standing in line for one of both.

Cool sheath, I like the folded for EDC and the pancake for the big knives that I prefer to attach to a pack. Exceptions being a big bowie you plan on wearing uder your pants and jacket ,then that first sheath looks better for that. I have also been wearing the pancake style SS4 in my front right pocket with a static cord and the pancake is perfect because it fits the pockets of my pants exactly. The knife does not move and is totally comfy and very subtle. It is the best way I have found to EDC a fixed blade and it is even better than a folder with clip. I have been EDCing Leatherface's SS4 sheath for about a week and now that I got rid of the belt loop and stuck it in my pocket with the staticline it has been one of my favorites. If you planned on wearing your knife in your pocket you could have the kydex cut to the shape of a levis501 pocket.

Great news Dave. I will be waiting with baited breath for the "Leather Report" on the Dog Father to say the least! Have fun with that blade while you figure out what is best for its sleeping position. Peace.

Listen to Klink bro!!
Soup..sent ya a PM bro
Unsub, Glad ya like the ss4 sheath...You really think a foldover would be better for outdoors carry?? that is the exact opposite of what my thoughts were...Granted it is slightly narrower
More holes=more attachment points
