That's just stupid - A knife like that would be less useful in the kitchen. Haven't these people ever cut open a melon or a big squash???

He says a knife can never be totally safe, but the idea is it can't inflict a fatal wound. Nobody could just "grab one out of the kitchen drawer and kill someone". What about forks? You kill someone with fork...

I wonder if I can get a "concealed carry" permit for my knives, since they are such deadly weapons <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

He says a knife can never be totally safe, but the idea is it can't inflict a fatal wound. Nobody could just "grab one out of the kitchen drawer and kill someone". Of course, that's nonsense. Ask the inventor to put his money where his mouth is. He should remove the edge, for safety, and then allow someone to try to fatally stab him. Of course, he would never accept such a challenge, because he knows it would still be easy to fatally stab him with his retarded design. It can easily be done with a blunt stick. And, of course, then there is also the whole aspect that a knife that truly can't stab is still utterly idiotic.

I've never seen more stubborn, close minded people in my entire life..
