I still want a cg one, and will probably get one and do some cool stuff to it.
(speaking of wich is that a swedge i see?)

The DF is just such a useful camp knife, I wish everyone could experience it. CG or LE. With a baton and the DF, I was able to split wood even faster and easier than with my maul. thats the kind of stuff i want to do to one but can't with an LE...in a while once i get some rainwalker pants i might llok for a dogfather on the after market...but i still need an rd-6, HI, and whatever scrapyard comes out with next.

Uncoated blades are even better for such use. They don't show wear as bad as coated ones. When you get that LE, use it! A little washing and some oil or wax and you are ready to go. No Scrap Yard knife should be unused. Why even have a knife, if you can't use it? I even use my Busse Special Editions.
