sorry, just can't get behind this. I'm a hog, but a dog first, and even though it is sorta funny, facing the prospect of missing out on a limited blade that's going to just show up on the exchange in a few weeks at prices inflated far beyond the point of credulity, so that a few hogs can buy more overpriced custom shop stuff, is insulting. it'd be one thing if a bunch of these were gonna show up in the yard shop in the next few weeks, but time and again we miss out on stuff that's only available at shows or through deals like this, despite the loyalty shown by the dogs.
excuse me, I need to go get a drink. there's a sour taste in my mouth.

Well...you could have said 'No, I'll put the loyalty of my regular customers above a bet that only serves to inflate your ego'. *shrug*

I'm a new poster, but longtime forum-lurker and SY customer. I would very much be interested in the blade shown, but find this situation disrespectful. I agree with din's post above that this is sort of an insult to your supporters. JMO

That's true. But since this is such a very very limited release, isn't that exactly the sort of thing that should be made available to the most avid supporters?

Yeah I guess I know where you are coming from but since I rate this along with the Sus-Scrofa and the Scotch Dispenser I didn't see it as a big deal !!!
