Remember, you'll only have 60 seconds to send your e-mail before the Hogs get in. (Of course, there's no way to know who's a Hog and who's a Dog, but at least only one knife per order will be accepted.) And watch out for fake "GO's" from the Hogs.

Good luck, guys!

bld522 has really put it together. Thanks!

These ganzzaaaa's that my brother throws are fairly confusing because the HOGs try to get others to email early and at the wrong time. There are quite a few of them that have registered under the name Jerry-Busse or Jerry 8usse, etc. and then post fake "GO" Threads. So, make sure you Dogs check under his name for the title of "Moderator" and check the Busse Combat forum too because he might post the "Go" thread there first. It's tricky but the HOGs seem to like it.

Let's show the HOGs how the Dogs roll!

Dan

now what i want to know is with the auto time deadline GO did we still get a 60 sec buffer?

My computer is so slow, I could not have gotten one anyway. Glad it was a serrated blade. I hate those!

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Hope everyone who wanted one scored. I totally missed this whole thing and could not have afforded one anyway.

IMO, the Razorganzaaa began poorly and ended poorly. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. In the meantime, I hope every Dog who e-mailed in an order for a Custom Mutt scores! I also hope the Razorganzaaa serves as an example of what should be avoided in future ganzaaas.

I agree. The whole thing was frustrating

+1. They're indispensible for cutting bread, however.

I have a Cold Steel bread knife. It works great. Now if Dan or Jerry had offered a bread knife instead of a steak knife, I might have been able to retire my CS! For a field knife, I prefer a straight edge. It is versatile and easier to sharpen. If the offering had been for another Urban Mutt, I would have given it a try on the old email stuff. That is a great knife.

I think the serrated Mutt looks fine. I know that a lot of military men like the serrations for strap cutting and such in emergencies. It would probably make a good compact air or combat vehicle crewman knife. Since I am no longer involved in either one, I prefer the plain edge. I like it much better than the Sus Scrofa as a crewman knife.

the mutt is such a great knife, I wanted to try a variation of it; we'll see!
