Looks good, breschini. Just curious (and ignorant), what is the advantage of a "dangler" over using the belt loop on the sheath?

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

HD, I think its mostly because it makes it easier to sit with the knife, and such, cause the knife will not point straight down.

there maybe be more though.
idk.

I was thinking that, but I wasn't sure. I like swing sheaths on long knives. You can strap the sheath to your leg, and when you sit down, it moves with you. I also like the detachable frog style sheath, like the Crowell-Barker has, too.

thanks for the great replies guys......
the DF kydex belt loop is too stiff and thick for me....it is solid, but when i am bending or really doing anything (not that i have worn it that much <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />)it does not want to move with me. my lanyard got it swinging and also lowered it so that i can tie it above my knee, not around my mid ham/quad area.
