Yes he did. It's ashame how a lot of his work was copied though. Especially his original tanto style.
He was a great knife maker and was from Oregon.

No, his tanto are actually japanese infleunced.
American tantos are what's on the TOPS.

Since I've gotten the Gossman PSK, my waved spyderco delica has seen little use. With the new Mud Puppy release, I'm not even thinking about folders. Period (well unless a busse family folder comes out). I'm definitely in a fixed blade mood right now.
