I could have bought a Busse for what that OTF cost, but there are times when a big FB just isn't practical. Switchblades are legal in Georgia, or I should say not any more "illegal" than any other big knife. I just love the way that sharp D2 stiletto blade just "appears" out of nowhere. I don't have any good OTF's right now. I do have a Boker auto and a couple of Italian stilettos. One was my dad's and is quite old, and probably worth a penny or two, it stays snug in a pouch to be passed down some day. I do get it out every once in a while, but I've never carried it.

I picked this one up dirt cheap, and have carried it a few times. It is *very* sharp.

Totally different type of knife. The ZTs are impressive. I like my Benchmade Skirmish for that type of knife, but I may get a ZT 200.

I just got a new Spyderco Mini Manix! Can't post pics until Christmas because my wife confiscated and wrapped it.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> I did get to fondle it a bit and it's pretty sweet. Locks up tight and feels great in the hand.

My wife is too good to me. On Monday (our anniversary), I replaced my 12-year-old EDC Benchmade AFCK (and sometimes EDC mini AFCK-M2) with a new, regular, large Sebenza - not a huge fan of the Classic/21. WOW. Lockup is solid; no blade play; beautiful. The AFCK lockup has become so worn that the liner would retract with some closing force and has closed when field dressing a deer - I assume the blood in the lock acted as a lubricant and the liner would quickly shift out of the way during medium use.





I'm just afraid to scratch it.

Eh, I wouldn't worry. What's the point of owning it if you're afraid to use it? For a small fee, you can send it back to CRK and they can fix the finish if it gets too scratched.

True. I've put the AFCK's through alot and they've still held up well.

Ok, so because of this thread I now have a Zero Tolerance 0500, 2 Junkyard Dog II's, a Timberline Delta 18 (Lightfoot)and a full sized Ruckus on the way. Went ahead and pulled the trigger on the Ruckus because I hear Benchmade knives may get a little more expensive. Something to do with having to buy directly from Benchmade?

ElectricHellfire dude I also have ZT knives, a 301, and a 200. They are my favorite folders. A close second are my Junkyard Dog #2's. They are a cheap alternative to the ZT's, and almost just as big.
