I never got charged for it, so no loss. Just as well, after seeing that monster CS Rajah II that Bors got, I ordered one, and it costs much less. A folding kukri. How cool is that? And it has already shipped. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

JYD #1 commands, JYD #12 obeys. It interrupted vital homeland security work at the 3rd World Grindshop with the UPS arrival!

Man it dwarfs today's EDC, the Boy Scout lockback.
[Linked Image from i173.photobucket.com]
It slashed through the palmettos so fast, I didn't even bother taking pics. Here is a woody wild tree of some sort. Let's whack it to the ground!

Done!
Now to find more stuff in my jungle to chop.

Back around to the infamous knife busting HD test facility. Lets split some hard maple using the Rajah II and a baton.

Oh yeah, baby. This is one bada** folder! I broke a Barkie fixed blade doing this exact thing yesterday.

And the lock up is still as tight as it was out of the box. I'm impressed. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Tell Bors I like Maha Rajah, too.

Great pics Vic!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Congrats on the Rajah II...! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

I like mine as well, and bought it to be able to do that kinda stuff when mowing and so on without having to run back to the house when I just need to chop a small limb or two. This is one of the first folders that I've had enough confidence in to actually do it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

So which Barkie did you break? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

I just removed the pocket clip because it is uncomfortable when chopping. Besides, How could I lose the Rajah II in my pocket? I broke my Vest Pocket Bowie, a 5.5" blade knife, while doing a review that I was requested to do. Mike said he will replace it once he figures out why it failed.

Oh, magnum, you need one of these. Better hurry before somebody in NJ decides to ban it as a destructive device!

that's a good point. unfortunately i just blew $400 on a new paintball gun and my guitar amp needs new tubes, so i'm going to have to keep watching for one second hand. buying knives second hand from collectors is great. they never do anything with em, and you get em cheap.

by the way there were tons of high end knives at that meet, but at the end of the day i wanted to buy the rajah and the chopweiler.

The chopweiler is a fine knife. So is the Rajah. I just posted these same pics over on W&SS forum in a review for those guys who love those little bitty custom bushcraft blades. Let them see a redneck version of a "bushcraft" knife.
