What do you think of the Benchmade large McHenry and Williams in D2? I am looking for something new but I don't know if I should go for the BM M&W, a Spyderco of some sort, ZT, or get a Strider. I have a Buck Strider that I love but theATS34 Terrani steel is something else. I want one.Would rather have a SS blade thuogh.Check out the 741 onslaught and 760BK LFTi.I've allways wanted a Strider but got into bussekins.A guy at work has a ZT0200 thats sweet.Never owened a spyderco, hate the BIG hole hump.I'd go with a BM or ZT.I like the 300 series ZT W/speedsafe assisted opening too. Good luck on your decision. I just sold a 760...

Jeff, congrats.I think P-Easy did a review on it on you tube. That blade reminds me of the Kershaw Shallot W/a little less recurve. Any Blue,Black or Gold class BM is a good score.

I dig the the new RAT folder a lot, and will probably end up getting one, but I'm becoming more and more disappointed with the way the owner of the company acts. He keeps doing stuff like posting emails from customers, complaining about how stupid they are. Now, I get that it's frustrating to deal with people, and I realize he's removing their names from the emails, but it still rubs me the wrong way to see a business owner trashing his customers.
Compare it to the way the Busse family does business, and it's night and day...
I'd like a RAT folder a whole lot, but feel bad about giving my money to a guy who acts like that. Since my previous post in this thread, I have added the Spyderco Spyderhawk Salt to my EDC folder(s). It has generally replaced the Tasman Salt as the companion to the Pacific Salt. It's the same type blade as the Tasman, just bigger. The Salt I is basically a Delica (D3) with H1 steel. The Pacific is basically an Endura (E3) with H1 steel. Tasman is a hawkbill with a D3 handle. Spyderhawk is a hawbill with an E3 handle. Ladybugs are available with H1 steel also.
