Ladybugs are available with H1 steel also.

Yep! Here's mine:

10-21-09 - 16

I like to carry it when I carry my Benchmade 556 Mini Grip since they match.

Jeff, congrats.I think P-Easy did a review on it on you tube.
That blade reminds me of the Kershaw Shallot W/a little less recurve.
Any Blue,Black or Gold class BM is a good score.

Nah I never had one of those. I did a review on the Ritter grip.
I wasn't sure if it was you.I think I clicked on it while ckecking something else out.

It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it.

Actually they have the same slight recurve.

Two of the most valuable "tools" with me when fishing are a Ladybug and a Victorinox Classic...small & inexpensive but quick & useful.

Anyone know anything about this knife? Anyone have it that can comment on it? I am really interested in it and was thinking of buying one...

LFTi 760BK Lum BK1 Coated CPM-M4 Plain Edge Blade

[Linked Image from cutleryshoppe.com]

# Features: Category End Use: Tactical/Military/Law Enforcement
# Blade Steel: M4 Tool Steel
# Rc Hardness: 60-62
# Blade Style: Tanto
# Handle Material: Sandblasted Finish Ti Handles
# Lock Mechanism: Monolock
# Pocket Clip: : Fixed Location, Tip-Down Carry Clip
# Length Open: 9.00"
# Blade Length: 4.00"
# Length Closed: 5.00"
# Blade Thickness: 0.150"
# Weight: 5.00 oz.
# Made in: U.S.A.

Yes, I had one and did not like it. It has good steel, a titanium frame lock, all the things to make up a good folder. In the end it was not for me. I sold it at a significant loss.

For the money, I think Emerson is the best. I don't want a knife I can't take apart though too. That is a major deciding factor in my folder purchases.

I sold an Emerson, 760 Lum, Case barlow and came us with some cash to get my SnG. It has a warranty that no other company besides Swamp Rat provides on a folder.

I have zero regrets about selling off my other knives to get the SnG. Which happens to be my second.

The Lum is nice but I'd save another 50 percent and get a SnG or even a Sebenza. There is a lg. micarta inlaid one right now for 315 that is used but in good shape. I think it is worth that much more than the Lum. Now is it worth that much more than one of the good Emersons...maybe not. But that is just my two cents.

I wish they made a SAK with a flat screwdriver, phillips screwdriver, can opener, tweezer and a small blade.

They do. It's called the Tinker.

Oh yeah, they're plenty small enough to fit in a sheath pouch.

Those pockets are big enough for a multitool.
