the only "problem" i see is that ive heard D2 is very hard to sharpen so im not quite sure what to expect there It can be, but no more so than some of the new super stainless steels.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

heres the XM-18. unfortunately shes already up for sale ![[Linked Image from farm5.static.flickr.com]](http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4136/4866998236_c750b7b435_z.jpg) e] I have to say I really like the looks of that knife. Too pricey for me right now but I would sure take one if someone wanted to give me one. Do they make a low ride pocket clip for it? It seems like it would be an easy change and should be a popular option.
Getting my Zombie kit ready and watching out for those Corpse Men!!!

I wasn't sure if the LE was gonna be offered in a lefty version. The LE is only about $100 more expensive then the pre-order in Canada.
Plus I really like the Mr.DP tool for the LE!!!
This is my first LE version anything. Pretty darned excited!!
What a DA!!!! I have an LE Mud Puppy!!!

its not the greatest setup but i will admit it works well enough for me :]
one mistake not to make is to start on a blade you like, and not to start out at too high a grit if it doesnt need it.

I have a few not so nice pieces to practice on.I was also planning to start on a very fine grit to get the feel and I'm gonna sharpie the edge to be sure that I am learning correctly from the get go.

I can get the D2 in my Vex hair popping with a strop.
I have my name in with TKC for a preorder on the HEST and ordered a LE today. Didn't know I would be able to select my number so I kinda screwed up there.

Altoids tin leather glued to each side. Black compound on one side green on the other. Never touched it with the sandpaper.
