I have a 200 as well, the 200 feels like a much bigger knife than the 551 in hand and pocket

however, if it's made in partnership with spyderco, that's okay.

I love the looks of the 0551, but I've never been a fan of frame locks. It's a shame because most of your high end and heavy duty locking folders feature frame locks. I guess I'm just wierd like that.

I did recently score a Kershaw G10 Offset. There's no forgetting you're carrying it, you have to devote an entire pocket to that monster.

That ZT0551 looks like a winner to me. Unfortunately, my usual vendors are sold out of that model. Recently bought a new Gerber 06 Auto on sale at my local shop. I liked its beefy looks. It has a large button that makes it easy to deploy. It doesn't open nearly as fast a my Al Mar SERE Auto, but it has not failed to open, so I guess it's ok.

It has an open design. I suppose that is for easy cleaning, as this knife was designed for the military. I used to hate partially serrated blades, but recently have found them to be quite useful.

It has the usual pocket clip and also came with a Codura sheath. The knife is heavier than my SERE, but lighter than the ZT301. Like the Al Mar, the aluminum handle is cold this morning.

The knife has a steel glass breaker pommel which could be handy in an emergency/

The knife came very sharp. There is some play in the blade, but its not bad.

For EDC, I'll likely keep carrying my lighter, slimmer Rat Trap and Voyager. They cut so well and carry so well, it's hard to beat them.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

My brother just picked up a black Kershaw Leek. I really like the way it felt in hand and it took a nice edge after stropping it on my boot. For 40 bucks I might try one out.

I was looking at those. It's an impressive kife. One of many new Benchmades I'd like to have. I have so many folders, I lost count. They are wonderful gadgets and don't take up all the space choppers do. The great thing about folders is you can carry them around with you most any place. I should rotate my EDC more often.

I have a leek, someone gave it to me secondhand. The tip was chewed to shreds, apparently he was prying with it, but after quite a bit of work both with a pair of pliers to straighten it out, and a diamond stone to clean the edge up, it's a decent little box opener. It's a TAD small for my purposes though, so it does a lot of sitting. I like to stick with my 5.11, never had a single complaint with it, except for my losing it all the time.
