Horn Dog, as you know needs got nothing to do with it!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'll probably pick up that ZT later after the sticker shock from the Sebenza wears off. Sometime next week. lol

Got another folder question for you all. Anyone have the Spyderco Leaf Storm? Wondering if it's a 4 finger knife or too small? Looks hard use, no?
 Thanks all and Happy 2011!!

i once had a Leafstorm. it is probably my favorite knife from Spyderco. it is a hard use knife but also small. if you have small to medium size hands you can probably get four fingers on the handle… i dont know if it would be comfortable for long when using it hard though. i plan on getting another one as soon as i can afford it. ![[Linked Image from farm2.static.flickr.com]](http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1261/4599126985_8ae4277c26_z.jpg)

I have a Leafstorm and really do like it. Yes, it is 3 finger knife for me but I usually either carry it as a back up or as if I am just running out to the store for a few minutes. It sees mostly carry during the Summer when I pair it with a Ruger LCP. It gets hot here and you gotta dress light.
My index finger usually rides over that space below the pivot and then two more fingers in the finger cut out on the grip. I also usually don't use the clip either. It's a great knife with good materials.

Thanks guys! Might swing by a store and see if they have one to hold/check out. Have a Victornox (?) here...crazy high prices, but they have a decent collection of spydercos.
Feel like I'm on a quest for a hard use knife that is friendly to carry...

whats your price range? if you are looking to spend a little more you should check out a sebenza or strider pt.

whats your price range? if you are looking to spend a little more you should check out a sebenza or strider pt. I know I'm not in sebanza range- but I'll check out the strider. Is it carry friendly? Add: just saw the Strider price- Never mind! Gonna stay with my Sage and be happy until the Izula folder is out!

This is my new folder I got over the holidays. It's a lockback that has a Detail Knife, Straight Gouge, Scorp and V- Scorp. Perfect for carving in the bush. ![[Linked Image from chippingaway.com]](http://www.chippingaway.com/woodcarving/FlexcutWoodcarvingTools/NewestImages/Knives/Pocket-Jack.gif) | | |
