Rich, Yeah I have Uncle Um. It is a nice knife and It, along with my Little Sebbie will forever be with me. (OK, maybe NOT ONLY those two). <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
I do not want to use a gun OR a knife for defensive purposes (been there, done that), but I will again If I feel I have to.

I LIKE that 0566. I think they have another big (well OK, not so big) winner on their hands! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Oh Kershaw Guy.... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

If I did not own Hinderers, the ZT collaborations would be on my short list for EDC.
Now, the only time I carry my ZT collabs is to and from the airport when I travel. Or might have one on me at an event / location where knife possession is not clearly stated as either permissible or prohibited.

Just got that 5.11 karambit. Interesting knife..and I like the quality. It's much larger than I thought with the ring...you read about a 2.5" blade and don't think it will be a full size knife! I'll need to be careful with it, thought I was going to lose a finger closing it the first time! It's fast in hand and feels nasty. ![[Linked Image from i432.photobucket.com]](http://i432.photobucket.com/albums/qq47/richneal68/IMG_4106_zps75fe7957.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i432.photobucket.com]](http://i432.photobucket.com/albums/qq47/richneal68/IMG_4107_zps2727dc57.jpg)

I have the older model of that 5.11 karambit. It´s my edc, I love it. Light and sharp; still big enough.
Congrats RN! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

That looks nice in your hand Rich. Does it have liners? That has been one of the things I can't find out and that has kept me from having one already.

I almost got the Master version of the 511 karambit some time ago,but settled on the emerson. Still with I had gotten the 511 as well, and now they don't make it any more.

I'm surprised that it doesn't b/c it feels so solid. Might be b/c the ring is totally lined. It has a very solid and quality feel. That FRN handle is very nicely done and pics don't do it justice...not plasticy in the least...

^^ Thank you Rich. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> (They sure are cheaper than an emerson)!
