like i said in my original post,after the edge chipped i beat on it until my hands where numb,which says a lot considering the res-c handles,and to my amazement nothing else happened.
maybe not this particular one but the DFLE has probably impressed me more than any other knife i own as far as its over-all capabilities.to me it might not be my beast looking or have the "coolest" feel but when it comes to getting USED i have never been more impressed.i'm so glad i decided not to make it a safe queen or i never would've known.i really cant believe the difference between the DFLE and the CGDF.
