I'm gonna go for a hike now and try and get some pics comparing my Mutt with my Grunt....stay tuned !!!

Ok so I'm back with some pics....

I set of on a trail I had never taken before, man was this a tough trail or should that be trial, it was uphill all the way !!!
A stop to get my breath and snap a pic.....

I hoped that with all the climbing I would be rewarded with a view at some point, I was not dissapointed.....








I tried both knives at making feather sticks, these were a little rushed but the BlackJack was better than the DM although both would get the job done...




Although the DM has the thicker spine the one on the Grunt ain't too shabby !!!


After being voted BF W&S Mascott, the fame has gone to Maisy's head, she is now talking about doing a PlayMutt magazine and wants this pic for the cover....

I like the ergonomics of the grunt, but...the handle looks like nylon or kraton. Kind of cheap. No offense.

The handle feels exactly like res-C and is by far the most comfy handle I have used !

I have said it many times before bro but the Grunt is a great knife for the money. Untill ScrapYard make a knife from stainless this will be my top pick.
Everyone goes on about Fallknivens all the time and yeah maybe their laminated steel is a tad better but I bet diamonds their grip ain't as comfy and the ergonomics not so good. The Grunt is a perfect size to do most tasks and I wouldn't swap it for any other Stainless knife on the market !!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
