The untold story; 5 or 6 years ago, a Busse forum member, Idaho Skunk, was complaining that he could not buy a knife because the other forum members were hogging all the INFI knives for themselves. Thus was born the HOG's.

Dan
And now he runs the company store! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

I can understand why Swamp Rat Knives are given rat names. Why are Busses referred to as hogs? Just curious and still new to all this.

Now that makes more sense to me than Heavy Ordnance Grade. Thanks, Dan.
Down here, any big knife with a point is called a Pig Sticker. I thought maybe Hog was short for Hog sticker or something.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

just seemed like the zealous infidels would hog all the infi. i've written about zealous atheists, i'm gonna have to edit it to include the term 'zealous infidel.' that's got a lot more spice to the oxymoron.

it's dangerous to use a term like infidel, though, i may affiliate myself with something i'm not connected to.
