I received a shipping notice last night, which I opened this afternoon. I'm waiting on DM sheathes, so I hope that's all this is about, but the notice listed my entire order.

The thing is, I was one of the fortunate ones who already received my knives. I tried sending an email to sales@scrapyardknives.com and to patti@scrapyardknives.com, but got bounce notices for both addresses. I've sent Dan a PM to verify that they're only sending sheaths -- not that one can ever have too many knives, but I've already received all the DMDCs I paid for.

Tom: You're the Man -- thanks for helping me out with those puppies.

Still waiting. Emails bounced; the issue of undelivered product that has been sold has still not been addressed by the company via email or on this forum.

Communication would ease a lot of frustration. Anger hasn't settled in yet.

i'm thinking maybe dan could just hold our orders a bit longer, and when the steel is done, stick a mudder handle on them and let us be a test case for the ultimate dumpstermut, dc and mudder handles!!!

Two weeks, right?

A DM with a mudder handle would be just fine.

That is the only beef I have with the smaller Scrappers, the handles are a bit small for my big mitts. But the "mudder" fits me like a glove. The Mud Mutt. I like it!

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I'm sure the people at Scrapyard are wonderful people, but this is getting ridiculous. If you have a business and your product is delayed by several months, you should contact your customers and tell them. Everyone talks up the Busse family of knives, but they are NOT DOING US A FAVOR BY SELLING TO US. We are their customers. They WORK for US. Now I'm trying to contact someone from scrapyard to let them know my new CC number and the emails are bouncing. If you were buying from ANY other vendor, your order was months late, the only information is second or third hand messages on a forum and their email doesn't work, what would you think?

Hey- if anyone is out there listening, cancel my order.

Ah, the unacknowledged frustration grows. I don't think we're asking too much. And yes, I'm going to keep kicking this tire until I get an answer. Considering the company owner is a moderator of this forum, why can't he answer these questions?
