Aren't ALICE packs just really freaking massively large rucksacks?

I've heard of the system. Pretty sure Spec-Ops would have something like that though.

And yea, I really want a sheath that will be able to fit my RUKUS!! The only sheath that can do that are my TOPS Steel- Eagle Sheath and Ontario RTAK Sheath. Everything else is too small.

well there are 2 different sizes of ALICE packs, large and medium.the medium really isnt that big.the spec-ops one was just like a becker/eagle patrol pack which if you see on someones back isnt that big.

i've got like 10 of those black sheaths that everyone sells their knives in.i've got'em from TOPS,ranger, ontarion and even scrapyard.i hate them.

the plastic liner piece inside is just beyond cheap, the nylon its self is know where near 1000 denier.call me picky but i just cant stand those things.

for some unlnown reason i cant bring myself to throw them away but they just lay in a pile collecting dust.

the scrapyard kydex sheaths are alright and well made but for me they are too big.i like my sheath as small as possible, slim lined.theirs are big and obtrusive and stick out although i realize they did that for ease of taking the knife out.

I don't like those sheaths either. It's the only sheath that will fit my RUKUS, though.

The TOPS is decent. The Ontario is just plain poor craftsmanship.
