Or Jerry may have simply been explaining the price increase from the original $247 at introduction. But we can hope <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I noticed that too, but I didn't want to raise hopes too much. I wonder when they're going to move on from the ASH-1; I'll probably regret not having gotten one when they're no longer available, but the only ones I've liked had those smooth custom handles, and those I didn't like enough to pay the custom price for.

Jim, thanks for the heads-up!
Coincidentally, I just got off the phone with the kiddo's father - let him know that I didn't get in on this one - and why.
It appears one way or the other, there's gonna be a 'Busse clan' blade on his gear. Just trying to work out the way it'll happen via which one. If nothing else, I'll send off one of the DMDCs I've got incoming (not preferred) or buy another at mark-up price off of ebay.
Before I do that though, I'll gratefully take your advice and drop a note to Jerry.
Again, thanks!

Perhaps Busse Combat's next factory offering will the SJTAC. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />
+1 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> I don't have any INFI yet, but the only two knives that might change that are the SJTAC and the new NW Baby SAR 5.

I did; thanks. I posted over in BRAMEL's "I "Embraced the Suck"...and I won" thread. The email said my order would ship in 4 to 6 weeks, which seems like a fair while if they already had them on-hand, as I'd expect with a military overrun. If they're actually making a small run, then I think Bravo762 will score if he sent that email.
I haven't seen "Knob Creek" pictures (they're still coming to town, even though the show is cancelled), but Skunk has been posting pics -- I saw Hell Razors.

Is that "desert olive" the same color as my "sage" ganzaa hell razor? it seems like a few people said the sage was actually desert olive. It's definitely a much more natural color IRL than it looks like in all the pics I've seen. I was extra happy when I first saw it coming out of the box.
