I'm not really into college sports so I don't know who is in what division but UT is a good school with some strong rare programs, VA Tech is a great school that does a billion dollars worth of research a year, Then you have UNC and Duke that are very well known for their academics and parts in the research triangle. I'm sure there are others in the Southeast as well.

If you arent from the southeast then you just dont know. plain and simple... its an SEC thing. and NO!!!! duke and VT are NOT in the SEC. they couldnt hang. hell the weakest team in the SEC would beat VT. their schedule is laughable at best... they play weak teams and everyone knows it. the ACC is pathetic.

Well lets see. UO got down to #2 ranking last year. And the Pac 10 athletes also have to be be students unlike the SEC who really only have to play while they can fail all their classes. Its ok. Its only college.
