Oh dear,
Andy, that bird is the stuff of nightmares.

Bears a striking resemblance to my mother-in-law, may she rest in peace.

Who needs to fly when you can bite?

They also kick. Ostriches have a wicked forward kick that can disembowel a man in one stroke.

I've had some Emus peck and bite at me. They're strong.

I choked on a chicken bone once. Even dead, those guys are dangerous!

Roo,

That is a beautiful sheath! It reminds me of those grand hunting safaris of the earlier 20th century. Especially the way you have set up the pics.

I punched an emu in the face.

Joe,

I'm glad to see that Rainwalker has made a "Art" visit to your home! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

There is something to be said for increasing the value of your knife by

giving it a attractive holster that causes people to stop and gape! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

When I travel in stores around town here sporting my Rain Gear I always catch men
doing a double take or just plain staring at the choices of the day I would be wearing. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

All thanks to his genius I am the best dressed knife man in Delavan Wisconsin. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Way to go Roo! Let's see that other sheath as well..... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

Peace.

Some people just never learn.

Very cool sheaths. Unique and not something you see everyday hanging on a belt.

Congrats on your sheaths! They remind me of the safaris back in the early 29th century with the way that you posted your pics.
