Very nice. Don't have an AK but lust after them.
How's the vibration when you hit hard wood? Does it "thunk" in like a DF or is the blade more lively?

That is nice!! My dream blade right now is the Busse Ruck. It may be shorter then the AK but I'll decapitate some zombies with that.

Back when BCS had AKs in stock for a long time, it seemed like months, I kept thinking I'd have get one of them someday. However, there was no rush, they were a regular item I could pick up anytime. Then one day they were gone, but I wasn't worried, they'll make more, I just have to wait a while... I'm waiting...
It just goes to show, you've got to reach in and grab what's there or be prepared to walk away empty handed. Good snag, Jeff; I can see from the pictures that you're enjoying it.

How's the vibration when you hit hard wood? Does it "thunk" in like a DF or is the blade more lively? I'm never any good at describing stuff like that, but I love the way the AK feels and chops. Having been in the SCA for many years, I've played with hundreds of swords, I really can't thing of many that felt as good.
