The Busse is the new toy. I don't know what they call it. Its one of their military overruns.

I love the 5.7. Such a fun gun. Just wish I had known they were made in coyote brown before I bought this one. About a week after getting it I saw one in coyote for 50 dollars less.

Thanks for the compliments on the pic. Its rare when I take one that doesn't have one of my fingers in it.

For you 5.7 fans here's my other blaster in that caliber. Sorry about my feet being in the pic.

How do you guys like that cal? I have been thinking about getting a five seven but don't know anything about that ammo. Is it effective, how much is it ect?

great pics rover!
cool blade!
(you have some funny feet) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

5.7x28mm...
it's a low recoil, high velocity round developed for light armor peircing...
and it doesn't really have great stopping power. (that is debated though)

there was alot of talk about it's armor peircing abilities but no data or facts were provided to back it up.
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
I just learned about this round a few days ago from noss so... I still don't know much about it but that's just from my understanding and users might have a different point of view, but hopefully you found that helpfull.

full loaded with 20 rounds I think it weighs like 1.6 pounds!

it's overhyped w/ the downloaded ammo.

the ss192 has been withdrawn for civilian sales(armor piercing)

IMHO, the diffrence between a 22 magnum is not significant enough to pay 800-1k for it

5.7x28
40 gr (2.6 g) SS197SR JHP 594 m/s (1,950 ft/s) 461 J (340 ft·lbf)

22mag
40 gr (2.6 g) JHP 1,910 ft/s (580 m/s) 324 ft·lbf (439 J)

diffrence of 40fps & 16ft lbs of energy

you can buy a taurus 941 for about $325

to each his own

***edit to add

it's still a nice combo
