So I tried to email, info@scrapyardknives.com and patti@scrapyardknives.com and all of the other email address listed and none of them worked. I went to the place order page and could not find a knife to "add to cart". So I emailed the contacts on that page, and those did not work either. Strange how someone trying to buy a product, can't. Maybe I have been out of this Internet loop for too long or I am retarded, but I can not for the life of me seem to be able to buy a scrapper 6 or any other knife from their site and can not contact anyone about it. Little help here guys would be most appreciated.

Izan, there are no knives currently available at the store. The best way to find a Scrapper 6 is to try the various forums that have individual sales. Busse has one on Blade forums (it includes Scrap Yard and Swamp Rat Knives). There is also a Busse Kin sale sight at yahoo.com. I foget the actual address. The next scheduled releases from the store are small stainless knives. I don't know when Scrapper 6 will be offered again. Good luck.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

That is a bummer though as I do not feel comfortable buying knives from individuals over the web. Do these knives make it to gun&knife shows? Oh well, I will let fate guide me to the knife I guess

Firstly welcome to the yard!
Well established posters/forum members at Blade Forums or Knife Forums should be pretty safe to buy from.. I got a Busse Basic 7 that way off BF. What I did was posted a 'want to buy' ad' on BF then checked out the repliers on 'The good, the bad and the ugly' thread. I checked out the feedback on the feedbackers too, so I knew it was all good (well as good as I could make it!). It still felt like a leap of faith at the time, but it was fine!

Good luck with your quest to find and purchase the perfect 6 inch blade.
Stick around and hopefully Dan will make some more in due time, I kinda hope he'll make some more of those tan ones too!

Good luck and read the sticky threads and welcome to the Forum

Izan - Howdy and Welcome to the ScrapYard! I am happy and proud to say that all of my knife dealings with ScrapYard forum members have been terrific. This forum generates friendship and trust like few things I have ever experienced before! Tom

Welcome aboard Izan. These are the top of the line knives and Dan and Patti are great people to do business with. You can't go wrong. Also, we have a great family here.
