Mine is one of some sort of special run, not one of the ones you could get thru the store. That's why it's got the cool color combo. And, I believe, magical abilities.
I just went and looked, it is an EH-3.
Are you sure it wasn't called the uncle fester?

I saw one on blade call Uncle Mini Mojo, but could never find a pic of it though, or the spec's on it.

Hey shaolin,
I'm a newbie too and like you got my start with the Ratmandu (you are going to love it!). I next ordered a camp tramp and it is incredible. Next up...that's a question. In some ways I would love to have a howling rat, but am tempted by a RC-3 for something a little smaller/more discreet for daily carry. There is a sweet looking HR on bladeforums that makes me want to hide my credit card. I also did buy a Scrap Yard Yard Guard but just sold b/c I felt like Camp Tramp is better for me and the prices were so close.
That knife above looks awesome- no idea what is though! I have a RC-3, it is a very nice blade. I have not seen the HR on blade, probably because I did not know it, lol Do you still have the Yard Guard for sale? If so, send me a PM. no, it went bye bye on feebay yesturday-broke even, so I'm happy. I can have a good marriage and a few of the knives I want or lots of knives with no spouse! If you have to choose too- go with the Camp Tramp! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Cool, thanks. I will put the Camp Tramp on the list as well.

Yes, I did make that sheath. It is in a spec ops one right now (tan, of course), but I like that sheath for covert carry. I can slide it between my belt and my pants, behind my back. Thus, attacking chipmunks have no idea I am armed.

its very similar to the yard guard, but in SR-101 with micarta scales instead of SR-77 and Res-C. It is just like Roo's but without the hook and probably a different color.

I never liked the camp tramp that much, myself. The similar sized S6 and yard hook and guard had more appeal to me. Especially if tan.

An EH3 would have something like a hammer and anvil logo on the other side. Other than that, I think they are identical. They made the EH-3's in at least 3 color combo's, and they have some with hooks and some without, so at least 6 variants.

Only mine counts, though. All other variants were imposters. Mine is marked EH3, with the hammer and anvil.
Hammer and anvil? All this time, I thought it was the hammer of Thor smashing an invading UFO.
I do seem to remember seeing a muddy one. Muddy is also, on occasion, the new black.
