Yesterday we were going to go out of town on a "day trip" so I thought I'd have my wife take pictures of my personal defense "walking out" gear. Yesterday's weather forecast stated it might be hazardous so I wanted my full compliment (in case we ended up stranded someplace). Of course, I had my GHB too. That is an awesome set-up.
Are your pistols chambered in the same cartridge? Are the mags interchangeble?
My main carry, is a XDM40. It' big, but can be concealed. My BUG is a .357mag.
I have been consdering carrying a BUG that shares the same caliber as my XD.

Nice set up there Architect, isn't it nice to get dressed up when you go out?

In an earlier post to this thread he states that the mid-sized Glock (well at least the one in that pic) is a model 19.

Its a G19 and G26. I sold all eight of my Glock 40Deathrays late last year. I'm running only Glock 17/19/26's and one G20SF now.

Pulled it off, no doubt. Excellent setup. How does the small of the back position work for sitting and such? is it comfortable, or do you kind of have to put up with it?

The SOB G26 isn't terribly uncomfortable after you get use to it being there. I wouldn't want to sit for hours with it in place, but I have done so with no ill effects.
If I'm going to be driving for long distances/sitting for long periods, the SOB BUG gets pulled out and stored while doing so. When I get out of the car or get up then the SOB BUG goes back in the holster.
I don't always carry a back-up-gun on me. The 6 O'Clock position has always concerned me as a prime "grab" location for someone that figures out your CCW'g.
