I'm saying that a design intended for thrusting is a much better tool for killing, and so is a much better offensive weapon. There are a few places on the body where a slash will kill quickly, but for the most part, slashing blades are more likely to be considered defensive.
That's not necessarily a bad thing, I suspect that most police would be less interested in you for carrying a Sus Scrofa than for having a Leaner Meaner -- even though the blades are of similar size. I think the SS is a better working tool and can also be quite effective at inflicting injury, but somebody cut is simply more likely to survive than someone stabbed.

Congrats on the Busse score. I like the handle material as well.

Nice knife! Now, you need to get some duct-tape, so you can attach it to your foot and carry it 'raptor style.

Oh, my puppies want to chew on the handles. 'Looks tasty', they just barked at me.
I gave them Nikki's boot, instead. That'll teach her not to be home.

That offer that I sent on the serrated green linen double-cut SS was accepted and its paid for and on the way. I've been watching another green linen double-cut (not serrated, but with a sheath) for a while; its price continued to drop until I just couldn't stand it anymore. So, I went from having no Sus Scrofas to having three in a one month span -- I still think they're pretty ugly, but quite practical.
