Hey guys, first post here. Just got myself a combat grade Dumpster Mutt and currently looking for a sheath for it.
Can you guys share what your favorite sheath is and possibly post a pic? Also let me know who the maker is. Thanks! Here are a couple of pictures of the sheaths that Jeff(Rainwalker) made for me for a Dumpster Mutt CG and a Swamp Warden. They are excellent sheaths and you couldn't ask for a better guy to do business with. ![[Linked Image from i133.photobucket.com]](http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q72/Tolly71/Sheaths1.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i133.photobucket.com]](http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q72/Tolly71/Sheaths3.jpg)

Here's a few that I've done for fellow dogs... Combo rig with DFLE and DMLE. I think as far as favorite, I like leather better, but for now all mine are in Kydex...

Tolly, what kind of radio is that? I think it looks like a scanner maybe. Wondered if maybe you were a HAM radio operator like myself.

Thanks Jeff. Im still deciding if I should go with Kydex or leather but I deffinetly want one from you. It can be a tough choice figuring out which to go with... I guess that's part of what got me started making pants for my blades, I could never make up my mind as to what I wanted so I just kept making new ones until I got it the way I wanted it... And then I'd get a new blade and here we go again...

I love Jeff's leather sheaths but for the CG Mutt it seems to suit kydex better. The spec ops sheaths are the nicest nylon ones. I wish they would make them bigger.
Jeff madde me a Yard keeper Kydex sheath that had mounting points for a belt loop or dmall tekloc on both the top and bottom. You could even attach 2 small teklocs and attach it anywhere. It made a tremandously versitly way to stash a knife anywhere like on your seatbelt or to the remote caddy on the side of your Lazyboy.

I am studying right now for my HAM license right now. I am planning on taking all three tests at the same time, what do you think? I have a pretty good electronics background. After licensing I am thinking about getting a Yaesu VX-7R. They seem to be the cat's meow as far as portables go. In a SHTF or any disaster situation I think HAM will be a must.

Firstly, sweet knife
I use Rainwalker's design & a Scrap Yard sheath for my DMDC.
