I emailed Renee and she got me squared away quite quickly. Thank you Renee.

I'll post some pics before I send it off so there is record of what probably is the only squirrel-chewed Scrap Yard on the planet.

Outstanding! That is why Renee was hired, I assume. I am glad that we have a customer service representative that is active in the yard. I have tried to keep my DFLE away from the many squirrels in my yard and my burn barrel. But things do happen. It is reassuring to know that SYKCO is improving communications with the customers.

Oh, welcome to the yard, morrowj.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

I can remember seeing pics of the chewed handle when the origional owner posted a thread. To me it didn't look as though it would be a problem where it was and I think I would have been tempted to keep it like that as a bit of a talking point !!!!

I thought about keeping it as is. The original pictures show most of the damage at the very end. There is also some damage on the side that annoys me when I'm holding it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

IDK, but whenever I'm near a dog with a res-c knife on my belt the always seem to be interested in the handle.
Maybe its the oils from my hand?

come on, you were watching the game and your team was losing![Linked Image from i33.tinypic.com]

that is crazy. I wouldn't doubt they'd fix it or you could attempt it.
