Northern1,
A good friend and work associate lost his 19 year son when he got drunk at college (frat party) fell asleep under a tree and died of hypothermia (around 40 def F. w/ rain). The loss eventually contributed to splitting the family. To bad there wasn't someone like you there to save him. Some people might not have wanted to get involved. Good work.

wow thats something and i'm sorry to hear that.
thats also the same conditions here except no rain although i know he was wet.the ground was frosted.
and dont get me wrong,i was pretty spooked out.i didnt try to wake him up because if he was alive i figured he was on something and i didnt know how he would react to a stranger standing over him.
i was also spooked at the thought of staring at a dead body before i knew if he was alive or not.
i've only seen one dead body and didnt even know thats what i was looking at until the cops came and knocked on my door and asked me if i had heard anything.
17 yrs old with a single stab wound to the chest.
at first i thought this kid was the victim of a hit and run.
i wonder what the police did to him.probably just took him home,if that.
