Dare I ask? Why was Dogbert banned? I read that only very serious cases were called to task.

PM Northern....it's probably best kept off air...I actually missed it...I thought the post was just edited. If you find out...PM me. It would be good to know where the goal posts are on an instant ban?

I got my second Skinny yesterday, I got it in OD green when these came onto the store site. It makes a nice matched pair with the FFBM and I will probably keep these "painted" and use them as is. If the finish looks a bit beat up I will live with it. The colour is good to stop glare and going to a strip job and then doing a bead blast finish is a lot of work for a smarter alternative.

I will do that with the other Skinny....but want to take the grips off to do it...and am still sourcing some bits to enable me to do this.

Here is a pic of the FFBM and Skinny

We are off to South Africa in 3 weeks & staying on 2 games reserves with the "out laws" ~ aka in laws : )
Be good to be able to slide my skinny under my pillow in case Leo the Lion fancies my aftershave ; )

Those two look very good in green, SF. I wouln't strip either one of them, especially if I was a soldier. That green Skinny ASH1 is a perfect combat knife.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

A dog bowl? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

This first for Scrap Yard Knife Company is wonderful news! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

The Dogs are chaffing at the bit for some kibble and a "Bowl" of wonderful miscellaneous blades is just the kind of fun that we all need! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif" alt="" />

What a great idea Dan.

Three cheers for The Yard working so hard to bring it all together for all The Dogs. I do not think you will have ANY trouble selling out ALL of the blades offered. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Great news Dan, thanks! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Peace.

Some people just never learn.

Yes, one stripping project is enough...I think these are going to be used as Jerry intended.

Hope you enjoy SA JB....I really enjoyed the Kruger National Park....be careful with parts of SA...it is not just the animals that are dangerous....your Ash may well be a comfort!

Yes, Steel fan! Am very aware of the dangers! My Missus is a SA & we go every year to visit her folks.. it really is "God's own Country" but am happier with a sidearm on my body...
Serious, sadly as it sounds, i love the place & in "in laws" but I NEVER feel safe there which is a shame! : (
