in this fictitious post - you can carry any pistol and knife, regardless of length.
the G19 is a great GREAT piece for sure. the Springfield XD's are fantastic sidearms as well. Interesting thread guys, thanks for responding.

I have both already. Like you said, the ammo is readily available. I will be on target with the 9mm, I carry a 10rd mag, but have 3 16rds as well. For PD I carry DPX 115 gr. The Uncle Mini Mojo also speaks for it self, just pulling it out will scare people, lol It's a good chopper and can do some finer work.

the Mini Mojo is a fantastic knifel... I have been a fan of mine for a long time now. I think alot of people overlook this piece for other models that are more popular. If the Rat store had anymore mini mojos on hand, I would buy one in a heartbeat.
i agree with you on 9mm too man. i love 9mm b/c it IS effective and I am accurate with it. I train and shoot 9mm the most and its cheaper as well, which is a plus. Follow up shots are a breeze with 9mm as well. there are some good loads for this caliber as well. you can go with a speedy round, 115gr. or go with something more heavy like the 147gr. either are great!

Handgun- My most often concealed carry gun is my Glock 19C (Trijicon tritium night-sights, LW extended mag release, LW extended slide lock, custom slide cover plate, Scherer 3.5lb trigger connector, 2x 15rd mags w/ Cor-Bon +p 115gr JHP). If I'm taking one single handgun, that's the one. *If I get 2 then I want my trusty 1911*
Knife- Swamp Rat Camp Tramp - without hesitation.
Caveat- Always in my truck is my Kel-Tec Sub-2000. It is a folding 9mm carbine that shares mags with my Glock and has 5x 33rd mags stowed with it. This scenario is 'urban adventure', and this carbine is never far from me during my daily adventure.

My G22 Glock in .40 S&W, and my DFLE. I should look dangerous enough to make most folks want to leave me alone! And both weapons will get the job done!! My G17, loaded with Winchester Ranger 127gr.+P+ and a Skinny ASH. How is your G22 treating you these days Klink

My Glock G22 and Koster K-Boar. If I can have a long gun it would be my Benelli M1 Super 90.

I was able to acquire a fair amount of Winchester Ranger ammo for them, along with some other practice ammo. I really like the extra punch that the .40 has over the 9mm. How's everything with you? I tried sending you a Christmas card but it was returned - moved? Anyway, I hope you show up here a lot more - keep in touch! My choice would be a HK USP in 9mm and a BRKT Bravo-1 (of all my knives the handle on this one fits my hands best).

I smell a caliber war .40, 45ACP, .357SIG, 9mm...are all fine calibers and each one has a certain amount of pros & cons...what I like about the 9mm, is its cost/availability and when using modern JHP'S (or self defense loads) it possesses teriffic penetration & expansion. There lies the truest form of the Ford vs. Chevy debate more penetration vs. more kinetic energy...faster vs. slower...heavier vs. lighter I say shot placement over caliber every time, they will all do their job if we do ours Its good to be here chating in the yard...its been too long.
