AWESOME! I'm getting another one of these; not for me, but for my Dad. He's been looking at mine (He's up for the Salmon & Trout run) and really liking it. Guess since I bought my nephew an MPLE, I've gotta get a BDLE for my dad! [censored], we're turning into a real Dawg family! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Thanks, ColdOne! It'll make it easier for everyone to check in for updates on this second dog bowl! Are you going to go for one of the BDLEs as well?

I still don't like the fillet knife look much, but I'll probably go for at least one since I don't have a BDLE and so many folks have nice things to say about them. I'll definitely be placing a sheath order; I've got DFs and S6s with no clothes and Winter's coming.

http://shop.scrapyardknives.com/category.sc?categoryId=5The sheaths have a belt loop, are molle compatible and have other tie down points for lashing to non-molle equipment. They also have a small pouch.

Thanks, but I had gone to the shop site already. So, the smallest nylon pants is for 6" knives? I'm needing one for the MPLE. I know I have the Rainmaker option. | | |

I'll certainly be trying for 2! Present for myself & one for my Dad. Fishing is our thing & that looks like one nice little fillet knife! I also emailed Renee tonight regarding Muppys (I missed the "GO" sadly) .... waiting to hear if they all sold...JB

The yard currently doesn't offer a sheath for the BDLE or the MPLE. You'll have to use a custom sheath maker. While I use rainwalker for my sheath needs their are other Dogs that offer sheaths plus there are custom sheath makers listed on the Busse combat site and Swamprat site. You should be able to find what you're looking for with one of these options.
