The 3rd "bone" for the dog bowl will be the Tan Yard Keeper on Wednesday(09/10/08) between 9pm and 10pm Eastern. It will be done just like the other Dog Bowls. Once again, if for some reason (like maybe I pass out too early ) I am setting an automatic go for 9:55pm. I will try to be sure that doesn't happen this time!!

The price for the Tan Yard Keeper is $89.95 plus shipping. We have VERY limited number of these knives available, so when I post "go" you must send an email to BOTH renee@scrapyardknives.com AND patti@scrapyardknives.com. You need to include your real name, forum name, address, phone number, the quantity of knives that you would like, and also how you will be paying.

Just in case we have some of those "funny dogs" that are trying to post fake "go" buttons, please make sure that it is me (Renee) that is posting the actual "Go". I am afraid that if you fall for one of those fake "go" buttons you are going to miss out on getting the "bone" put into your dog bowl!

Also, when you place an order for the Tan Yard Keeper you will get $5.00 off a challenge coin and $5.00 off a XL t-shirt.

Goodluck to all!!

I will be all over a Tan Yard Keeper.

It would really be nice if pictures and specs were posted in these threads. I am not complaining Renee, just trying to make a suggestion that I know everyone would very much appreciate.

I'm with you Jeff, I'll have to jump in on this one as well. Jerry's NMFBM put a hurtin on me as well for buying things but the Keeper is a keeper. I'm glad that Dan has gotten a break from the MO's (Military Orders) and is doing a little catch up at the yard.

Renee, I was wondering if you could post a picture of the item when you post the offering if you wouldn't mind. I know what the keeper looks like but as time goes on, it would be nice to know the specs. You are however are doing a fantastic job at it and may end up putting Jerry out of business
Thanks

Might as well post this here too... I think it's Messer's.

As far as I know the specs are the same as the Black CG Keeper.

Those HCLEs are sweet, too. Did you read over on Swamp Rat forum where another guy broke his HC tip off? I hated being the only one that did dumb stuff to one. Since I have a black (now satin) Yard Keeper already, I'll let the newer dogs chow down tomorrrow night. Come and get your SR77, dogs. These are tough little knives.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

tan goodness...so tempting...but I mustn't (first time I've ever used the word "mustn't"). I don't really have the need to get a knife that size, so I might save money for when the DFCG gets released.
