Great pics. Tame or not I still wouldn't trust a raccoon that close to me.

That is the cutest critter ever. I considered getting one as a pet, then found out that they are very destructive when bored, and they get bored really fast <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Depends on the state. Check with your local DNR. Might have to get a permit or something.

I had one once....years ago. It got mean....I had it since it was a baby...weaned it on a bottle...it just got old and mean... attacked me and ripped my arms to shreds...it suffered damage as well when I got that thing off of me..It turned into a Tasmanian devil..a whirling mass of claws... when we both healed...I let it go... it hung around but we were not on real good terms...if it had been one of my girls that it tore up...I would have dispatched it...(And yes,it had its shots)... The next one we recovered after a storm I carried over to a Nature Classroom...they were better equipped to handle one..

I don't know. He'd come and go. Now I believe he's caged up by his owner so his brother doesn't shoot him.
