okay, all of a sudden my lack of cold steel toys is bothering me. i need that kopis machete and a spear. who makes a cool shield? anyone know where i can buy abdominals bigger than my pectorals?

"Rambo" got me into knives.. oh and all those 80's ninja movies.
Lethal Weapon, Die Hard.. sure fanned the 9mm craze.. i bought one then too!
and The Hunted.. man.. seen all the WSK knives for sale lately??

Museum replicas has an ancient Roman/Greek section. They even sell the muscle toned breastplates, last time I looked.

It followed the graphic novel very closely. The fight sequences were done very well and are graphic. This is not a kids film.

They already have some greek stuff but give it some time MRL will probably come out with a 300 line of sharp pointy things. Off hand I don't know anyone who makes good greek sheilds but the Kult of Athena has a large selection of shields.

okay, i had no sleep until after this thread began since thursday mornin and can't quite think straight but i think i can do without the cold steel toys. beside, the mojo bears a resemblance to the kopis in a much more carrayable, less cold steel package. i'll do without the shield unless dan makes one.

the movie had great acting and a ton of memorable material. great cinematography, badass combat sequences, and some food for thought.

I'm going to go see the movie this afternoon. Hopefully, it won't be a waste of money.

Kult of Athena is about 25 minutes from my house. They have great stuff on their site however I need to visit them soon. Museum Replicas will more than likely come out with something as Bors mentioned. They always do.

I have not yet seen the movie, but I do have a modest collection from Museum Replicas. If I see the movie, I'll start buying Greek stuff instead of Viking stuff. Is there no cure for my compulsive addiction to steel?
