Yeah, I'm probably gonna do that to.

(I say as if I have no choice in the matter.)

How long do you figure it takes to make a blade anyway?

I honestly have no idea? Is some of the process relatively automated or run on machines, perhaps the inital cutting/shaping?

Sorry.. newbie qeustion again.

Brad

[Linked Image from i321.photobucket.com] Sure you have a choice:

Buy one, be miserable because you don't have a spare.
Buy two, be miserable because you're unsure if you picked the right two.
Buy three, one of each style, but not spares of each style
Forget four or five, buy 6, have pretties to look at, AND one of each style to play with! [Linked Image from i321.photobucket.com] [Linked Image from i321.photobucket.com]

Or, you can buy 3 of them, use one, save one as a safe queen and keep the third one for about 6 months and sell it on the exhange for an inflated price to help pay for the 2 you are keeping

Hmmmm yes you see well . But realistically for me ATM, I'm in for 2. One for the boy & myself. Ad's took one look at these SOD's, looked at me with that look kids give their parents. And said, "MUMMA". But that's going to happen after your 10 year old cuts his teeth on Scrap Yard knives . His collection(YKCG & DMDC) is yearning for an SOD

If only I lived in the US, man I would buy up big. Six, yeah I like that

Now to work out how to pre-order off ScrapYard Co, once these go up. I've never "PRE-ORDERED" before . Hope the different time zone doesn't screw me

338, it just rolls off the tongue.

They have a large machine. They pour a mixture of iron and carbon and some trace metals in one hopper, and recycled Schwinn handle bar grips in another hopper, and five minutes later a new Scrap Yard knife comes out. All they need to do is count them and turn the machine on and off. And shovel the coal. A huge coal-fired mechanical computer with lots of wheels and gears does all the rest. I hope that helps.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
