Does anyone know the cutting edge length for the dog father?
It seems that the SOD has the same choil length so we could just subtract the Dog Father's choil length from the SOD's overall length to get a good estimate of what the SOD's cutting edge will be. 9.1 inches of actual edge on the original production DFCG. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

I am so torn on this knife. I can't decide if I like the LE or the black, or if I should save my money for whatever is next. Black CG then polish the bevels! leave the ricasso well alone though.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Are they differentially tempered? Nope, not scrapyard knives, Sr-77 don't need to like most Sr-101 knives.
