Yep, looks like this is going to be the last knife I buy for awhile. With today's exchange rate, there's a 23% discrepancy between the currencies, on top of the extra $10 charged for shipping to Canada. If I were to pay for it today, this $119 knife, at todays rate, would cost me $190, and if the Canadian dollar goes down any more, it very well could end up costing me $200 or more by the time all is said and done. I wish I had payed with PayPal, due to the exchange rate on the Canadian dollar, it's gonna cost me about 30% more now than when I ordered it :-( 30%, ouch! Sorry to the three of you guys. I was surprised to see what's happened to the Yahoo - USD to Canadian Exchange Rate. I thought that the USD was weak with recent inflationary jumps, but you guys appear to have it worse.

In Ontario; I grew up in the part of Quispamsis that used to be known as Gondola Point, down near the Fairvale Elementary School. I'm in the military, and used to be in Gagetown, so I was close to home, but a couple years ago I was posted to Kingston, Ontario... so, not so close to home anymore. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
