very nicely done, reminds me of my stripped BR... The "battle scars" show very well on the polish finish tho ![[Linked Image from img136.imageshack.us]](http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/4616/img5396ap7.jpg) ![[Linked Image from img407.imageshack.us]](http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/2420/img5397aq6.jpg) ...I should really sharpen it a bit but I've been lazy with it and i like the way it looks Its been years since I "refinish" the knife but the differentially tempered line is still somwhat vivid.

This is my rifle, and that is my SHTF Busse knife.

Yeah the differential temper is noticable on mine too. Nice blade there.
Thanks for all kind words guys. Gives me the guts to give it a shot on my Yard Hook now.

Hey Rover, Did you polish that DF by hand? It is the purtiest DF I have ever seen. Grats!

Yep, did it by hand.
Probably my favorite Scrapper now. Can't wait to try it out in the woods.

I tried to cut open my computer awhile ago and the scatches show up along the blade due to the satin finish. The blade lived for another day and it also gives the blade a one of a kind look. Give that a try
EDIT: Wait are the DFs differentially temepered? I don't see a temper line on your stripped DF...

I thought they might be. Mine looks a little cloudier/darker near the edge, though that could be an imperfection in my polishing.
