I am originally from the Seattle "area" and am going to school in South-East Idaho, But right now I am in Sandy Utah, (my wife's family is here). (Most students have the summer off from school, but I have the Fall off.) I do head back to Idaho (and school) first thing in January.

I grew up in Renton, meet my wife in Idaho too (at school), and My sister-in-law (wife's older sister) lives in Eagle Mountain, So yah a little weird.

Well in this small world, I was born in Logan, Utah and my grandmother lived in Magna, Utah. We spent 1 week every other year in Magna while I was a child/teen ager (50's-60's). I have one child who just graduated from BYU Idaho and four that graduated from BYU. I have family in Provo, Orem, Sandy, Spanish Fork, and Idaho Falls.
I was a scout master for 32 years. I am still the commitee chairman. In scouting my speciality was survival, esp winter survival. I tought igloo building and snow camping for years. It was my interest in survival and hunting that got me interested in knives on the internet and eventually to Busse Kin knives. I now have 27 Busse Kin and 25 BRKT (plus 25-40 other hunting-survival knives) all bought in the last 3 years.
I have noticed for some time that several people on this forum seemed to be from Utah.

I'm from Garfield County, but live in Payson now.

I have never been there. here is an idea. why don't you, me, ron, and everybody else get together and go eat there with scout shirts on and a dog father hanging on our waist. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
but we should meet up before bond is gone.
